If you choose not to use your insurance and are paying out of pocket you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) which gives an estimate of what the cost of services may be for up to a one year period.
Please note: we strongly suggest that you contact your insurance carrier prior to your first appointment to verify coverage and mental health benefits.
Rates:
Psychosocial assessment (initial appointment): $250/hour
Individual session: $175/50 minutes
Family/couples session: $200/50 minutes
DBT Group/Postpartum Education Group: $50/hour
Letters/Revisions: $150/hour, $30 minimum
To avoid the late cancel fee (full session fee) please notify us at least 24 hours in advance when canceling/rescheduling an appointment.
Good Faith Estimate (GFE):
If you are paying out of pocket for services you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate.
A Good Faith Estimate shows the costs of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care needs for an item or service. The estimate is based on information known at the time the estimate was created.
